Did you make a New Years Resolution to get in better shape? Was it to "lose weight"? Did you make the choice to lose inches, gain muscle, and get stronger? Do you just want to feel better? Are you still doing well on that promise to yourself, or is it becoming more difficult? Either way, finding a way to keep yourself accountable is a key step to success. Maybe you saw my January Fitness Calendar post and are ready to keep it going for February. I keep my specific workouts in a graph notebook at the gym, where I write one weeks workouts out on one page, and I love seeing everything at a glance. I've used calendars in the past, especially when I was big on running and doing abs. Keep this calendar somewhere easy to find and to see - you'll find yourself wanting to write something down! Maybe its doing abs before bed, because you didn't "have time" to do anything else that day. Then at the end of the month, step back in pride at all that you've accomplished. Features:
